The Herald is an apostle of The Great Will sent from The Axiom to find Caelum and bring him back into the fold to continue the cycle previously ended or start a new one where he currently lives (In the FATE Prism universe). Consciously and willingly acts on behalf of The Great Will, gifted with all of the abilities Caelum originally had when The Great Will marked him.
