Summary

Caelum is one of the Neutral characters of The Veil. A being that was born before the first cycle by the primordial gods Takamimusubi and Kamimusubi under the command of Amenominakanushi who was an avatar for The Great Will. Upon what they thought was a mortal birth, turned him into a demon and The Great Will directly marked him as a Messiah against the very plan of The Great Reason.

Subjective Reality (All humans can use Observation to some degree, Caelum achieves this without being human, which changes reality to match the user’s subjective experiences. As a Messiah, is able to effect beings on the level of YHVH easily due to his connection with The Axiom), Alchemy, Absolute Zero, Fusionism (The Forbidden Art of Demonic fusion exists within Caelum to combine entities, not just demons into new ones), Fissionism (Can seperate items, people and other entities from their most basic or complicated facets, moments in time, souls, emotions, concepts, or even archetypes), Adaptation (can adapt to the magic of any Universe in order to maintain his disguise and even use this magic or his own), Abstract Existence (Type 2 | Type 3 after transcendence) (Concept; Caelum is the embodiment of the Messianic Archetype | After his transcendence he still embodies The Messiah but he is not functionally dependent on it anymore, meaning effecting the concept no longer effects him. The Great Will created a law that prevented Messiah from attacking them which was one of the key factors in Caelum’s transcendence however, he may change his own existance at will regarding his opponent or his want to be interacted with), Immortality (Types 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8. His Human Disguise doesn’t limit his power, his own will does, and he often limits himself to the Universe he decides to reside in. | Outerverse level+ far higher with Willpower, fought and killed every demon a countless number of times like Lucifer, Satan, as well as every angel of YHVH such as Metatron and Mastema. On record said they were able to kill YHVH countless times in former Cycles, fought and hurt The Great Will severely, was able to use the Throne of Creation. | High Outerverse level+ (Transcended The Axiom entirely beyond imaginative scopes, beyond even the notion of the framework that is The Axiom while helping the Crownless Kings beat The Great Will. This was described as “Beyond Impossible” by The Great Will a being with Omniscience which means even this was unfathomable to them. The Axiom now is akin to “a tool” for Caelum rather than his projenitor or master, freeing himself from the reigns and rules of it while maintaining and exceeding the benefits; achieving true independence from The Axiom itself.)

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

Buffs and Debuffs:

A set of skills that, as the name implies, allows the caster to greatly amplify their own physical attributes and reduce that of their foes, thus allowing one to stand up to much stronger opponents by closing or even reversing the gap in power between them. Outside of gameplay limitations, they can be stacked indefinitely, and sufficient usages of buffs allow the caster to survive attacks that would otherwise obliterate them with only minor injuries and amplify their speed to the point of completely outspeeding opponents that could previously predict all of their movements, while debuffs have a directly proportional effect on the enemy’s statistics.

Luster Candy: Increases all statistics of an entire party (Strength, speed and durability) by one rank.
Debilitate: Decreases all statistics of an entire party (Strength, speed and durability) by one rank.
Dekaja: Removes all buffs from all foes.
Dekunda: Removes all debuffs from himself and all allies.

Almighty Attacks:

The highest class of spells in the Megami Tensei franchise and by extension the FATE The Veil story, consisting largely of powerful non-elemental attacks that have the special property of completely bypassing any resistances or immunities that a target may possess, be them innate or magically enforced, with the latter of which including anything from reflective barriers to items that distort the very laws of the universe in order to protect the user from all forms of damage, and they are likewise unable to blocked, dodged or drained. Caelum’s arsenal is vast, and includes the powers of every Demon, God, and even Primordial entities, as they have been recruited by Caelum and summoned/fused by him to do his bidding, as well as replicating their powers, but some of the most notable alimighty spells he has access to are:

Megidola and Megidolaon: Unleashes a wave of destructive energy which deals heavy damage to all foes to different degrees each, and also has the added effect of forcibly dragging an opponent into its area of effect should they be outside of it, engulfing them in “the complete annihilation beyond death.”
Megidoladyne: The most powerful member of the “Megido-” family of skills, which deals heavy almighty damage that covers the entire battlefield, and whose destructive power increases by 50% in relation to its previous instance with each use.

Star Attacks:

A class of spells along side the likes of Almighty Attacks specifically from FATE The Veil, they are a powerful, non-elemental attack that have the same properties of Almighty Attacks, created by Caelum to apply any effect or even removal of an effect he wishes in addition to all of the effects of Almighty Attacks. He may even apply the effects of something like Debilitate, Dekaja, or even status effects from other spells or attacks. Including effects of his Innate Skills or effects from his Powers and Abilities. Has the effect of always landing on the intended target or targets, even if that target or targets dips into another plane of existence, higher or lower reality, even to the effect of pulling them from said reality or existence to be hit by the spell.

Celestial Bolt: Unleashes a massive star shaped blast to a single foe.
Constellation Burst: A shower of stars from higher planes to hit all enemies.
Astral Mirror: Traps any type of spell or attack inside of a star to destroy the star and by extension the spell inside, or free the spell with a new target or targets, with all of the spells original effects in addition to all Star Attack effects.
Star-Wrought Will: Command anything with any semblance of a ‘mind’ or ‘will’, and forcing them to do anything he wishes. Even if the task is impossible for them, they will do it if he wills them to.
Stellar Dust Shower: Fires a star shaped wave at an enemy.
Primordial Radiance: Call down a massive star that spans the entire intended effected area except himself.

Innate Skills:

Caelum has a vast array of innate skills he may use at any time. The skills may erase free will, change the very aspect of a battle, moments he wishes to change, or even the context from ages or even cycles ago until now. These are mere aspects of what some of his Innate Skills may do, but the actual scope of his skills aren’t quantifiable even at a rudimentary level. These are the names of some of the skills he has:

Star Body: Caelum’s body reacts to immense damage even those from Almighty Attacks or his own Star Attacks by changing his very state of being or non-being from the moment he was hit using his Subjective Reality to believe that the damage caused to him wasn’t “half as bad” as he thought.
Gaze of Messiah: Looking at anything seeing the weaknesses it has and giving that being, non-being, or object a new weakness of his choice.
Rivers of Magatsuhi: Gathers Magatsuhi from his surroundings or from his vast, more than just infinite reserves, just to increase his potential or give himself the same buff effects as Luster Candy.
